Filing by Web
To ensure a smoother experience due to technical limitations, the following limitations apply to uploads through the Dashboard page:
- Maximum of 1,000 documents per upload batch.
- Individual files are limited to 50MB each.
Filing by Email
Documents filed by email are subject to attachment size limitations imposed by email systems. Typically, these limits range from 10MB to 35MB.
Plan Limits
If you attempt to upload more documents that your Aerofiler plan supports, the upload will fail. Either delete existing documents, or upgrade to a plan that supports more documents.
